Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. We will begin processing your order as soon as payment is confirmed. Custom items will be designed and created after payment.

We ship both domestically. Shipping times vary based on location and item availability. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once your order is placed, it typically takes 3-7 business days to process and ship. For custom designs, the time may vary depending on the complexity.
We offer a variety of shipping methods, including standard, and expedited. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to check your order’s status.
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at ask@yomotif.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either replacing the item or issuing a refund.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged or defective. Please follow these guidelines:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product if it is damaged or defective.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
We do not offer exchanges for custom items. If your item is damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Custom designs may take longer to process, so be sure to check the estimated shipping time at checkout.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, we begin processing the custom design, and cancellations are not possible.
